In order to make your mortgage easier for you, we've laid out the process you can expect working with us ensure your the mortgage process to obtain the best mortgage for your situation.
First, we focus on doing a review of your current information:

- Anticipated renovations and their timing
- Anticipated refinances and their timing

- When you would like to have your mortgage paid off
- Available funds for key debt prepayments and their timing
- Children’s educational requirements
Transaction Execution
- Once an assessment of your current information is done, we work to determine which mortgage product and lender is best for you
- We send you our introductory package.
- The package provides you with a list of documentation and conditions that could be potentially requested by lender as well as mortgage tips
- Application submission to the lenders
- Review the commitment letter from the lender with you
- Follow-up & ensure the collection of documentation and signed documents meets the lender requirements
- Confirm all of the conditions from the lender are met
- Follow-up at least 10 business days in advance with lawyer to confirm mortgage has been instructed to your lawyer
Post Transaction Follow-up With Client
- We always follow-up with a call after your mortgage transaction closes
- Follow-up client satisfaction survey
- Regular upates via email regarding any changes in mortgage rates. You can let us know if you choose not to be part of our update list
